Payment Links, Invoices and Finance Related

In this article, I would be describing how to go about with viewing your payment plans and making payment directly from your learning space.

After making the initial payment and signing the contract, you will be redirected to the learning space (LMS).  After logging in to your LMS, you can check your account page as highlighted in the images below. On this page, you will see the History of the payment(s) you have already made.

 

Kindly note that this feature is available ONLY to students that did not use the credit option. If your contract is any of Meritize Credit or Climb Credit and Climb Credit(Booster), information about payment plans and history won't be available.

If your contract is not the credit type, you should see the screen below:

You can also directly download your invoice from your learning space.

 

Besides the History, Payment plan is available. You can see how much next payment is going to be and its due date. You can make the second payment at any time (before the due date).


Invoice for the next payment also will be automatically sent to your email 5 days before the due date. After the invoice has been sent to you, the bar with the relevant payment info will be colored blue and you will see the notification next to the Payments bar.

In case the you did not make the payment till the due date, the bar with the relevant payment info will turn into red.


Afterwards, your course will be frozen on the 11th day after the payment due date! If you believe there is an error, do not hesitate to reach out to the team regarding this.

To make the payment, you can simply click on the "Pay Invoice" button.

Another way to pay is to click Unlock button on the notification bar.

Upon clicking the "Pay Invoice" button or "Unlock" button, you will be redirected to the payment page to complete the payment.
