Welcome to Careerist! We are excited to guide you through the various stages of your learning journey. Below is a step-by-step guide to ensure you make the most out of your experience:
STEP 1: Learning During this stage, actively participate in classes and diligently complete quizzes as per your Syllabus.
STEP 2: Mandatory Elements Before moving on to the internship, ensure you have accomplished the following:
- a) Achieved an 80% score by the deadline
- b) Submitted your homework
- c) Completed the final quiz in Lesson 15
UPDATE: From May 10th 2024 batch onwards:
To gain access to the internship a student needs to (before the deadline):
- Pass the mandatory homework.
- Pass the quizzes in modules 2, 3 and 6. A passing score of the quiz is defined as 90% and above
Only when these conditions are met can you proceed to the next STEP. Otherwise, STEP 2 is considered incomplete, and you won't be allowed to move on to the internship and mentorship phases. The internship tab will appear on your Dashboard once all conditions are met.
STEP 3: Internship Complete the 4-week internship, and all relevant information will be sent to you via email. If you haven't received the information, contact the internship team at internship@careerist.com. The second internship project becomes available after successfully completing the first one and being assessed.
STEP 4: Get to Know Your Career Coach and Prepare for the Interview You will receive information about the career coaching stage on the Learning Space. This stage includes:
- Practice for common interview questions
- A Mock interview with the QA Lead
- Resume creation or enhancement
- LinkedIn profile review and update
- Tips for the job search process
- Access to our Job Application service for an accelerated job search
- Ongoing job search support
STEP 5: 1-on-1 Final Interview Schedule a 1-on-1 interview with your career coach to graduate from the course and kickstart your job search. Your career coach will provide the necessary details about this.
STEP 6: Resume & LinkedIn Profile While preparing for the final interview with your career coach, ensure your resume and LinkedIn profile are up to date. Seek feedback from your career coach.
STEP 7: Job Search Initiate your job search process with continuous support from your career coach.
