As a Careerist student, you can reach out to our dedicated support team if you ever need help or have any questions or concerns. You can contact them via email, chat, or the Slack channel—whichever is most convenient for you.

To contact our support team, you can:

  • Send them an email: You can contact our support team by sending an email to support@careerist.com. In the email, include your name, contact information, and a detailed description of your issue or question. Our support team is available 24/7 to review and respond to emails.
  • Chat with them: If you have a quick question or need help right away, you can chat with our support team using the chat feature on our website or in your Learning Space. Simply click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the page and type in your message. Our support team will then respond as soon as possible.
  • Contact them on Slack: If you are a member of our Slack workspace, you can also contact our support team members directly there. Simply send a message to the channel with your issue or question. Our support team members will promptly review and respond to your message.
