FAQs about the Learning Space

We're thrilled to have you join our course and can't wait to work with you. Once you're enrolled, you'll have access to your personalized Learning Space. This will give you the ability to join live classes, watch recorded lessons, take quizzes etc.

Here are some of the frequently asked questions you may have about the learning space:

  1. How do I log in to my learning space?

    Answer: Use this link to log in to your learning space - https://app.careerist.com/auth/login

  2. What time zone are the lessons in?

    Answer: Lessons are displayed in your local time. You can also add them to your calendar.

  3. I am unable to log into my learning space. 

    Answer: Try clearing your browser cache, restarting your browser, and resetting your password. If you are still unable to log in, please contact the support team at support@careerist.com with a screenshot of the issue.

  4. I have logged into my learning space but the lessons are not showing up.

    Answer: Try clearing your browser cache, restarting your browser, and resetting your password. If you are still unable to view the lessons, please contact the support team with a screenshot of the issue.

  5. The lessons are locked. How do I unlock them?

    Answer: If the lessons are locked and you've paid for your course, please contact the support team to resolve the issue. If you have not yet paid for your course, doing so should unlock the lessons. If you have an agreement with your sales advisor, do reach out to the support team.
  6. My Learning Space is not showing progress for the lessons I have completed.

    Answer: A lesson will be marked as completed if you select "YES" after watching the recording, or automatically if you watch at least 70% of the recording. If the issue persists, please contact the support team.
  7. I am unable to access the recording of a live lesson. Keeps showing "We are preparing materials".

    Answer: Recordings of live lessons are usually uploaded within 6 hours. Please check again after some time.
