What Is Career Coaching?
It's a service that provides guidance, advice, and support through your job search, and helps to navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with it. It includes:
- Help with interview preparation and Mock Interviews
- Get constructive feedback to improve your interview performance
- Assist in the creation of a resume and LinkedIn profile
- Accelerated learning of job search strategies and best practices
- Provide 1-on-1 support during a job search
Do I need to pay extra for this?
No, it's a complimentary service provided to our students who complete the Learning and Internship stages for an enrolled course and have an active contract.
Who is eligible for Career Coaching?
Any enrolled student from Careerist who has completed the Learning and Internship stages is eligible for it.
Can I start Career Coaching along with my live lessons?
No, the program is designed in a step-by-step approach so that you can focus on each stage. Hence career coaching is only available after you complete the Learning Stage(live lessons) and Internship.
How can I access Career Coaching?
Once your internship is completed, Within 3 days, you will be assigned a Career Coach and receive an email with the Career Coaches' contact info.
You can also find this Info in your learning space (click here) and click on the "My Career Coaching" Icon on the left Menu. 
After you click on it, the Career Coaching page will open.
Here you will find step-by-step Information on How to contact your Career coach and all the valuable resources you need through your Journey.
I didn't get an email from the Career Coach.
Check your spam folder if you have not received an email within 3 days of completing the Internship.
Please let us know by sending an email to career.coaching@careerist.com and we will assign a Career Coach as soon as possible.
How can I contact my career coach?
When you go to My Career Coaching Page as demonstrated above, you will see a Calendly link for your career coach. Please click on the link “Schedule a call” and schedule a phone call with your coach.
I cannot find a suitable slot in my Career Coach's Calendly. What should I do?
If you don't find a suitable time slot, please click on the "Notify Coach" button inside the Career Coaching section of the learning space.
