Can I join a new batch of course at a later date?

Students who want to transfer to a new batch at a later date can contact the support team to request a transfer. They will review the request and confirm whether the dates are available.

If you are unable to attend the current batch, you have the option to join a new batch at a later date. This can be a great option if you are busy with other commitments, need to reschedule for another reason, or simply want to explore different lesson times.

To request a transfer to a new batch, contact our support team via email (support@careerist.com). Provide your name, contact information, and the likely date you would be available to join the batch. Our team will then review your request and confirm the availability. Alternatively, you can just ask which future dates are available.

Please note that availability for new batches may vary, and we cannot guarantee that there would be a batch at the exact date you are available. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and help you find a suitable option.

Per our educational rules: The Student is entitled to request a re-enrollment (one time only) for the next batch of their course, but the final decision about this re-enrollment is at Careerist’s sole discretion and is subject to availability.

Once your transfer to a new batch has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details, including information on the date and time of the new batch and access to your updated Learning Space. 

Note: You would be required to sign a new contract to change your starting dates. No additional payment is required for this.
