FAQ: Onboarding For Newly Enrolled Students

This onboarding is created to help you get started with your course, understand the resources available to you, and ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

Can I have the FAQ in video format?

  • Answer: Sure thing. Here is all you need to know about the learning space in video format:

     

How do I access my course materials?

  • Answer: You will receive an email to create a password and sign up to the learning space. Once you set your credentials, you should have access to the course.

What should I do if I haven't a welcome email?

  • Answer: If you haven't received any welcome email, do check your spam or junk folder and search for "careerist". If you still can't find them, contact our support team at support@careerist.com

What is the login link to the learning space?

  • Answer: Here is the link to login to your learning space: https://app.careerist.com/auth/login. If you have issues logging in, you can either click on "forget password" or reach out to the support team via live chat.

Where can I find the course syllabus?

  • Answer: The title and description of the lessons for the course are all available in the learning space. If you do need a document containing this, kindly reach out to the support team at support@careerist.com

How are the classes conducted?

  • Answer: Classes are conducted online through live sessions on zoom. You can join directly from the learning space. The schedule (time and date) of lessons are present there alongside passcode(if any) to join the live lessons.

I can't make the live sessions, are there recordings?

  • Answer: The live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the learning space as soon as possible. You can expect this to be available within 3 - 5 hours after the live lessons.

Is there a Slack channel for course-related discussions?

  • Answer: Yes, there is a Slack channel for each batch for course-related questions and discussions. The link to join the Slack channel is provided in lesson 3 in the learning portal. If you run into any issues or need any further clarifications before then, you can reach out to support@careerist.com

How to unlock the classes?

  • Answer: In cases where the lessons are locked as displayed in the image below, it simply means that you have to be patient until the scheduled date and time is reached.
